WHAT YOU GET:

With your Etsy purchase you will receive a code for a custom reel with 7 of your own photos, and for your choice of viewer colors. You will build your reel on our website with your own photos; the code covers the cost of 1 custom reel, 1 viewer in your choice of color (red, white, blue, black), a handout box, and shipping (international or rushed shipping extra).

EASY AS 1,2,3:

1. Place your order on Etsy.
2. Within 3 business days we will send you a digital file with your unique code and instructions for how to build your reel.
3. Follow instructions in the digital file to go to our website, build your custom reel, and select your viewer color and imprint.

And that’s it! We will make and ship your viewer and custom reel to you within 5 business days (up to 7 business days prior to holidays.)

FAQ
Why haven’t I heard back from you / received my code yet? We are a small company and work during business hours Pacific time. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to send the code.

How do I download my code? We will send your digital download link in an email from Etsy to the email address you used to make your purchase. **You will need to download your file from a browser window; Etsy policy does not allow downloads from the Etsy app.**

Where do I send my pictures? Please wait until we send you the code and the instructions! You will go to our website www.myretroviewer.com to build your own reel. **Etsy’s site does not allow direct links; you will need to copy and paste the link into your browser.**

How many pictures are on a reel? 7 photos plus an image in the center of the reel.

SHIPPING DETAILS:

Your viewer and reel will ship for free via USPS first-class mail (5-14 days delivery time). Please allow 5 business days for us to process your order from the time you build it and check out on our website before we ship it (longer before holidays). International shipping is not included. You are able to rush your order or upgrade your shipping at checkout on our website; additional charges will apply.
